Customer understands and agrees that use of the Client Data Center (“CDC”) involves the transmission of both general and personal financial information (the “Information”). Customer’s use of CDC constitutes consent to transmission of the Information, and is effective at all times when using CDC. Customer understands and agrees that Information contained in and/or received from CDC are for the convenience of Customer only, are preliminary in nature and are furnished without responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing thereof. Customer understands and agrees that Information contained in and/or received is not a substitute for periodic account statements delivered to Customer in accordance with Commodity Futures Trading Commission Regulation 1.33 and any other agreements executed by Customer relating to the electronic delivery of account statements to Customer. Customer’s use of CDC constitutes acceptance of the Electronic Services Customer Agreement.
