Rand's industry leading Client Data Center provides Rand's clients online account information, statements and reports. Updated throughout the trading day, the Client Data Center allows Rand's clients to access key account data, performance analysis reports, archived account information and data downloads. A full suite of information and reports are available, including:

  • Account Quicklook - Allows clients to view Total Adjusted Equity, Securities on Deposit, and Current Margin Requirement of their
    account(s) at Rand as of the prior day's close of business.
  • Account Summary - Offers clients the ability to view their cash balance by currency type as of the prior day's close of business.
  • Statements - Provides clients with the option of viewing or downloading statements of their accounts into a PDF file format. The program provides access to the 14 most recent monthly statements and the most recent two months of daily statements.
  • Marked to the Market Reports - Allows clients to view their current trades and any open positions with current market prices. Provides equity totals based on the current trade price and is updated every 15 minutes.
  • Profit and Loss Reports - Offers clients the ability to view year-to-date realized profit or loss in either a specific commodity or an aggregate of all commodities during the current year.
  • Option Assignments - Shows clients their current option assignments, with the commodity, quantity, date, and strike price. The report also shows the resulting future position from the assignments.
  • Trade Activity Downloads - Provides Clients the ability to download a comma delimited file ("CSV") of the last trading day for importation into a personal database. Also allows clients to view an intra-day report that includes all trades executed during the current business day.

In addition to comprehensive account information and reports, Rand's Client Data Center provides sophisticated access management and customization tools aimed at both institutional and private clients alike. These tools give customers complete control over access to their account information, including the ability to create "logins" to allow colleagues or third party advisors to access any or all of their accounts and reports. This unique functionality is particularly useful to institutional customers who have a number of individuals within the company who need access to account information or for private clients who would like to grant access to account data to outside advisors.
